Responsibilities:

Scrubbing for surgical cases, especially in cardiovascular and open heart surgeries Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff as a pivotal OR team member Preparing, handling, and passing instruments, supplies, medications, and specimens Managing instrument cases and participating in maintaining a sterile field Supporting efficient surgical workflows in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CVOR Tech, including direct cardiovascular/open heart experience Ability to work under general supervision, adapting to various leadership and workplace standards Strong teamwork skills and a focus on patient safety Reliable knowledge of sterile technique and instrument handling
