Key Qualifications:
Current CVOR Tech certification or diploma in Surgical Technology (required) Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting Proficient in sterile technique, operating room procedures, and instrumentation Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced surgical team Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain all surgical instruments and equipment for cardiovascular surgeries Support surgeons and nursing staff during complex procedures Ensure proper patient positioning and safety throughout the operation Maintain an aseptic environment by adhering to infection control protocols Document procedures accurately for optimal patient outcomes
