Schedule/Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) On-call participation is required One weekend per month

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant operating room and scrub experience Prior trauma and neuro surgery experience is essential Surgical Tech certification: NBSTSA or NCCT (or eligible via grandfathering) Active BLS certification Experience operating DaVinci robotic equipment preferred Proficient in Epic EMR documentation Comfortable with general and robotic surgeries across all ages

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary scrub technician in various surgical procedures Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and ensure optimal patient safety Prepare operating rooms and instruments, anticipating the needs of the surgical team Maintain accurate records and assist with equipment troubleshooting during procedures
