• 11:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a high-acuity Adult Operating Room team in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive acute care OR experience and strong skills across multiple surgical specialties. This role requires a confident surgical technologist who can function independently with minimal orientation in a fast-paced teaching hospital setting. Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures Scrub and assist during a variety of surgical cases Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures Anticipate surgeon and procedural team needs during surgery Ensure surgical equipment and supplies are properly prepared and available Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and OR staff Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room experience within the last 4 years Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center or comparable teaching hospital Strong scrub experience required Experience with: Trauma Orthopedic Surgery General Surgery ENT Vascular Surgery GYN Neurosurgery Bariatric Surgery GU Procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Required Certifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732 791 4807
