Summary:

Under supervision, provides support to surgical procedures by setting up operating rooms with necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies. Functions as scrub person throughout procedure.

Formal Education Required:

Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program. BCLS Certification Knowledge of surgical principles and skills Current National Certified Surgical Technologist certification OR certification as Certified Surgical Technologist preferred

Experience and Training Required:

Recent (or previous) operating room experience preferred
