ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with strong CVOR, cardiac, and vascular OR experience for an immediate travel contract at a top-ranked Level I Trauma center in Columbus, OH. You will scrub complex open-heart, vascular, and thoracic cases in a high-acuity environment that includes heart and lung transplants, LVAD implantations, CABG, valve replacements, and more. This role is open to first-time travelers and local Columbus candidates. On-call and weekend shifts are required.PAY & SCHEDULE
$65.00/hr pay rate 3×12-hour night shifts — 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM On-call required | Weekends as needed 1 pre-approved time-off request honored per contract Parking on-site from ~$16/month First-time travelers accepted | Locals welcomeMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5+ years total Surgical Tech (CST) experience 2+ years dedicated cardiac & vascular OR scrub experience 1+ year CVOR scrub experience 1+ year experience in a Level I Trauma facility Active BLS certification (must have at start)EPIC EMR

Candidates must have hands-on scrub experience with the following: CABG- Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
EVAR / TEVAR
- Endovascular & Thoracic Aortic Repair Aortic / AAA Aneurysm Repair Mitral Valve Replacement & TAVR
LVAD / RVAD
- Ventricular Assist Device Implantation Heart & Lung Transplant Carotid Endarterectomy & AV Fistula Repair Femoral-Popliteal Bypass & Endovascular procedures
ADDITIONAL CLINICAL SKILLS
Vascular:
AAA, AV Fistula, Fem-Pop Bypass, Carotid, EVAR, TEVAR Thoracic:
VATS, Lung Resection, Thoracotomy General OR, Hybrid OR, Transplant (Heart & Lung) Aseptic technique, crash cart, circulator coverage Cardiovascular instrument reprocessing & equipment documentation Robotic cardiothoracic experience preferredIS THIS YOU?
CST with 5+ years total experience 2+ years cardiac & vascular scrub background CVOR experience: CABG, EVAR, Valve, LVAD, Transplant Level I Trauma experience BLS certified and ready to start quicklyProcedures Used :
