Qualifications:
Active Nursing-ORT experience required NBSTA or NCCT certification required First Assistant (FA) certification required Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced surgical environments Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and healthcare teams in a variety of operating room procedures Prepare and maintain sterile environments Anticipate surgical needs and support patient care throughout procedures Monitor patient conditions closely and assist as needed during surgeries Ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinical protocols
