Job Description

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides technical assistance during antepartum / intrapartum monitoring, delivery and recovery. Utilizes sterile technique during procedures/delivery to ensure quality patient care and safety. Provides direct and indirect nursing care for the neonate to the adult patient
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or military equivalent. Experience as required and provided for in the training program. Certification highly preferred. If you graduated after 1/1/08 you must be certified. All candidates that graduated prior to 1/1/08 will be eligible for consideration. Surgical technologists that are not certified may be hired but must obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
