What You'll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology or Nursing program At least 1 year of recent CVOR Tech experience preferred Current certification (CST, NCCT, or equivalent) BLS certification (AHA required) Strong understanding of sterile techniques and cardiovascular procedures Effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and the OR team during cardiovascular procedures Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments Ensure proper equipment setup and instrument sterilization Support patients throughout the perioperative process Collaborate with nursing, anesthesiology, and surgical staff for optimal outcomes Maintain accurate procedural documentation
