Position Summary We are seeking a Certified Scrub Technician (CST) to join our surgical team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and alongside our surgeons to maintain a sterile environment and provide technical support during surgical procedures. Responsibilities Prepare surgical suites and instrumentation for procedures Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments and supplies efficiently Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping under RN direction Participate in safe and efficient OR turnovers between cases Inspect, maintain, and help track surgical instruments and supplies Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and compliance standards Processing instruments according to AAAHC, CMS, CDC, and AAMI guidelines Qualifications Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS a plus) Minimum 1-2 years of surgical scrub experience (ASC and/or plastic surgery preferred) Strong knowledge of sterile processing, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative safety protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Schedule & Benefits No PRN shift minimum How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to management@grasslandasc.com
