Job Description
Patient Care Tech (PCT) Medical Surgical Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033 Work hours: Full Time Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am) Variable three 12-hour night shifts per week for 36 hours/week; rotating weekends and holiday requirements Six weekend shifts are required for a 6-week schedule period Medical Surgical Department highlights: 30 Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit PCT ratio 1:10 or 1:15 Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
