The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a CNA certification and hands-on patient care experience. The candidate must be available to work a combination of two 12 and two 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. Evening/Night shift, (7:00pm

Essential Job Functions:
Provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse. Impacts patient comfort and outcome of care. Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Acts as part of an assigned care team. Other duties as assigned.
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.

One year experience in an acute care hospital setting as a Nursing Assistant.
Licensure/Certification Required:

Licensure/Certification Preferred:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
