Job Description

Surgical Technologist Location:
Brigham City, Utah Schedule:
Tuesday and/or Wednesday (Day Shift)
Reports To:
Clinical Director About Us We are a patient-focused ambulatory surgery center with specialty surgeries in Brigham City, Utah . Our team is collaborative, efficient, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Function as a scrub technician during surgical and invasive procedures Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies Prepare, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays Assist with surgical room setup and turnover between cases Support circulating nurse and surgical team to ensure workflow efficiency and patient safety Follow all infection control, aseptic technique, and safety policies Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and team members Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program CST certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of sterile technique, OR procedures, and instrumentation Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability Preferred 1+ year scrub experience in an ambulatory surgery center Experience with central sterile processing Additional certifications (CSPDT, CRCST) a plus Work Environment Standing for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time) Exposure to surgical environment, blood/body fluids, and controlled substances Strict adherence to sterile technique required Compensation Competitive hourly rate How to Apply Please submit: Resume Availability Certification status Brief summary of OR/ASC experience
