Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Surgical Technologist•CVOR for an exciting Travel or Local job in Salem, VA. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments Scrub and assist during cardiovascular and general surgical procedures Demonstrate knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques Assist with C-sections and related surgical procedures Accurately register and pre-register Obstetric patients Process patient information using hospital computer systems Perform infant testing and related tasks as directed by the RN Communicate professionally with physicians, nurses, patients, and staff Maintain equipment and ensure surgical suite readiness Support patient safety and infection prevention protocols Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program Active Surgical Technician license in the State of Virginia Registration with the State of Virginia BLS certification within 90 days of employment Knowledge of medical terminology Basic computer proficiency Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to meet physical requirements of the role Additional Notes OR Tech candidates will also be considered Candidates must have completed a Surgical Tech program and hold Virginia Surgical Tech licensure For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
