Working as a CVOR Tech, you'll expand your professional horizons by collaborating with a diverse surgical team and mastering the latest techniques in cardiovascular operating room procedures. Schedule/Hours Travel assignment (details provided during interview process)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for scheduled and emergency procedures Assist surgical staff before, during, and after procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are available and sterile Scrub and circulate in a variety of cardiovascular cases Monitor and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols for infection control Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other techs Demonstrate adaptability in responding to rapidly changing clinical demands
Ideal Qualifications:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR specialty preferred) Recent experience in a cardiovascular OR setting Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced surgical environments Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient care Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for contributing to high-quality surgical outcomes Why Take This Assignment?
