Key Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team with cardiovascular procedures, ensuring sterile field integrity Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and supplies for heart surgeries Monitor patient and equipment status throughout procedures Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesiologists to deliver seamless patient care Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Prior experience as a CVOR Tech, especially with open-heart and vascular procedures Ability to thrive in fast-paced and critical care environments Strong communication and organizational skills Active BLS certification Why take this assignment?
