Requirements:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred. Experience in the OR or perioperative setting preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills. BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment. Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and supplies during procedures. Monitor surgical equipment and ensure proper functionality. Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies. Document procedural details and collaborate with the surgical team.
