$2,004/40-hours Key requirements Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred OR or perioperative experience preferred BLS certification preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork Core responsibilities Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and perioperative staff by passing instruments and supplies during cases Monitor and verify proper function of surgical equipment Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies before, during, and after procedures Document procedural details and communicate effectively with the surgical team
