Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Assist circulator and surgeon in all aspects of surgical patient care Ensure and maintain a safe, sterile environment according to best practices Follow directions from qualified operating room personnel at all times Adhere to all State and Federal healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Support consistent, high-quality patient outcomes during every procedure
Qualifications:
Experience as a Nursing ORT or similar operating room technician role Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical processes Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Collaborative, professional approach to patient care Willingness to participate in on-call coverage as needed
