1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a hospital OR setting in Washington state, working a 4x10 day shift schedule with on-call requirements. Details Hospital OR/Surgical Services unit setting 4x10 day shift schedule, generally 7:00am-5:30pm (may vary based on patient schedule); Thursdays start at 8:30am Weekday on-call runs from 5:30pm-7:00am; weekend on-call runs 7:00am-7:00pm Saturday and Sunday Weekend call is available only to clinicians who are ERCP certified; call frequency is approximately 2-3 times per month Facility is closed on weekends and holidays — on-call coverage only during those times May float to another campus within the state Uses Sterris AER equipment Epic EMR required Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist BLS certification required Washington State Surgical Tech license required (if applicable) Epic EMR experience required ERCP certification required to be eligible for weekend call Sterris AER experience required Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are accepted at the same rate Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning in a travel capacity and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Minimal RTO is expected for this position Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per diem) must disclose the location(s) and dates of employment
