00 General Information 12 ORs (Run 11 daily), 12th hybrid 40-50 cases per day

Experience:

2 years of acute/inpatient OR experience If less than 2 years with strong OR experience, please email NM Brenda Aragon for approval

First Time Traveler:

No Make sure that the hospitals are comparable and ensure that they have worked the shift they are submitted for

Patient Types:

Minimal Peds (typically ENT)

Required:

STRONG experience in ortho, sports medicine, spine, robotics (Davinci)

Adult:

ENT(Thyroid), General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint experience), Gyn, vascular (AV fistula, Fem Pops), urology, podiatry No open heart, transplants, high-level neuro procedures (EVDs)

Required Qualifications Surgical Technologist, OR SSN Required DOB Required References:

1 Reference in the last 12 months reference and skill checklist within 12 mos strong ortho experience, and robotics shifts will have variable start times must have previous travel experience must have copy of WA Surgical tech license use this link
