Educational Assistance Program Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Full time Will work 8-hour shifts; between the hours of

M-F 0630

•1900. Position will have call rotation which averages 1 weeknight every 2 weeks and 1 weekend and holiday call every 10th week. Call coverage starts at 1900 weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. Position may be expected to float to Fond du Lac Surgery Center on occasion. Current openings include OR and OB.

How You'll Contribute:

Maintains a clean, safe, and efficient surgical environment to support optimal patient care Applies aseptic technique to prepare sterile field, instruments, and surgical supplies Anticipates surgeon needs, passes instruments, and maintains sterile conditions throughout procedures Sets up, operates, and breaks down OR equipment and rooms for each case Assists as Second Assistant and supports retraction, exposure, and intraoperative tasks Monitors equipment/supply issues and maintains specialty carts for readiness and sterility Safely positions and transports patients, ensuring age-appropriate, compliant care delivery

What We Are Looking For:

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required. Completion of an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.
