OR/Surgery technologist ARRT certified RT (R)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manipulate both portable and non-portable fluoroscopy machines of various models and manufacturers within a sterile environment. Become proficient in high-pressure settings, working directly with medical providers during imaging for procedures. Assist with room setup and patient positioning as directed, ensuring optimal positioning for imaging and procedures. Support the surgical or interventional team by preparing and maintaining imaging equipment for use during procedures. Contribute to post-operative imaging as needed, assisting with portable X-ray for plain film imaging. Be available to assist in the Operating Room (OR) by preparing cases and circulating as required during procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of human anatomy, with a basic understanding of surgical and interventional procedures. Proficiency in the use of PACS systems and other health information technologies. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while interacting with healthcare providers. Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
