Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Monitor Technician (Telemetry) to join in Phoenix, AZ . This is a fully onsite role responsible for monitoring cardio-pulmonary rhythms from a centralized monitoring station and communicating critical changes to nursing staff. The position requires strong EKG interpretation skills and the ability to monitor multiple patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.

12-hour Nights (1900-0730)
Duration:
13 -week contract
Setting:
Acute Care / Telemetry (Virtual Command Center)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring from a central telemetry station Accurately recognize and interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias Notify RN staff immediately of any rhythm changes or abnormalities Follow established protocols and communication channels for routine and emergency situations Document and report monitoring activities as per regulatory and facility standards Monitor multiple patients using advanced clinical monitoring technology Support patient safety and departmental quality metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry/monitor tech or Graduation from an accredited program with EKG Interpretation training Strong dysrhythmia and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills BLS Certification required Experience with Cerner or similar charting systems preferred
Pay:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
