Telemetry Tech

Position Summary:

A Telemetry Technician (or Tele Tech) is an allied health professional at Rush Copley Medical Center, who continuously monitors patients' cardiac rhythms and other vital signs within the hospital. They detect irregularities, such as arrhythmias, and promptly report changes to nurses.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High school diploma/GED required Associate's Degree/Clinical Certification preferred or comparable education to what is provided at Rush Copley.

Certifications:

CPR Required CNA certification preferred Onsite Telemetry Class and Competency in EKG interpretation Required to pass. .

Experience:

Previous telemetry experience preferred RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
