Diagnostic Sonographer 1: The Diagnostic Sonographer (US) Tech 1 is a developmental role for new graduates or technologists new to Ultrasound. Work is performed under close supervision and follows established protocols. A Diagnostic Sonographer (US) Tech 1 learn to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. Diagnostic Sonographer 2: The Diagnostic Sonographer (US) Tech 2 performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations independently within their registered specialty areas. Incumbents are competent, credentialed professionals who ensure that sonographic data is accurate, complete, and of diagnostic quality to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Diagnostic Sonographer 3: The Diagnostic Sonographer (US) Tech 3 is an advanced-level technologist competent in multiple modalities and capable of providing technical guidance, training, and quality oversight. This role functions with minimal supervision and serves as a resource for other staff. Diagnostic Sonographer 4: The Diagnostic Sonographer (US) Tech 4 is an expert-level sonographer with advanced competency in cardiac and vascular imaging and recognized as a clinical leader in the department. This position acts as the supervisor in their absence. Minimum Qualifications for theJob:
