Position Summary:
We invite a responsible, flexible, and eager Sonographer to join our team. This role requires an independent professional capable of performing all general and vascular ultrasound testing methods, using initiative and judgment to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Administer general and vascular procedures utilizing computerized ultrasound equipment. Ensure the highest level of patient care through clear communication, privacy assurance, and comfort management. Verify all procedures are properly ordered and documented, ensuring accurate patient identification. Inform radiologists and relevant staff immediately of any critical findings or changes in a patient's condition. Maintain equipment functionality through regular cleaning, sterilization, and preventative maintenance protocols.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Associate's Degree. Completion of an accredited one-year ultrasound program. Registered or Registry-eligible Sonographer status required.
