Full Job Description Position Overview:
Seeking an Ultrasound Technologist who can provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. This position is PRN for General Ultrasound (not Vascular Ultrasound). We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound school, ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification. At least 1 year of general Ultrasound experience preferred. Must be willing to take call and work weekends on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities include:
Performs diagnostic procedures applying prescribed methods of ultrasound technique. Explains procedures to patients and addresses their concerns. Assists physician with ultrasound guided biopsies and/or invasive procedures.
