Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Step into a crucial role supporting a busy level 1 trauma center, where your expertise as an Ultrasound Technologist will make a lasting difference. This contract position demands proficiency with both OB and General ultrasound exams, and is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Qualifications:
Current ARDMS certification required Extensive experience with general and OB ultrasound procedures Previous experience in a level 1 trauma or similarly demanding clinical setting strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently with excellent organization skills Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN and general ultrasound modalities Operate imaging equipment safely, adjusting protocols as clinically indicated Document and communicate findings clearly to radiologists and referring providers Prioritize cases effectively in response to emergency and trauma scenarios Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams and procedures Collaborate with healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary team This is a chance to work alongside dedicated professionals, applying your sonography skills in a dynamic, impactful healthcare environment.
