Practice:
Fluid Mosaic Method is an elite, private-pay PM&R practice specializing in integrative orthobiologics, kinetic restoration, and regenerative medicine. Located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle, Dr. Danielle Aufiero breaks away from traditional medical models to treat the body as an interconnected ecosystem. We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Technician who wants to transcend standard diagnostic scanning and become a true master of interventional regenerative sonography.
The Opportunity:
Elevate Your Expertise This is a unique clinical role designed for an ultrasonographer who wants to be pushed to the highest levels of competency in their field.
You will learn:
Dynamic joint and muscle tendon studies, diagnostic nerve tracking, intricate fascial layer assessments, and diagnostic pelvic floor MSKUS. Advanced needle-guided injection approaches to the stellate ganglion, spine, TMJ, and deep tissue structures, in addition to the typical joints/ligaments/tendons/muscle injections of the extremities. Core Responsibilities 1. Advanced Interventional & Diagnostic Imaging Perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasounds (ranging from full and limited scans to real-time dynamic and fluid "spot-checks") based on the physician's directives. Provide expert, real-time feedback and image summaries to the physician following diagnostic scans. Directly guide high-level orthobiologic, regenerative, spine, and TMJ procedures. Generate, type, and carefully label all diagnostic and procedure reports. Looking Ahead (2027): Learn to execute advanced, preventative screening protocols with precise numerical data (diameter/area mapping) to cross-reference against clinical literature. 2. Clinical Back Office & Procedure Support Partner with our lab technician to set up sterile procedure trays, prepare Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) systems, and assist the physician with bone marrow and fat tissue aspirations. Help room, patients and provide proper gown to patients; check pre/post vital signs for high-level procedures such as Stellate Ganglion Blocks and Vagus Nerve Hydrodissections. Communicate with office manager and physician regarding pre-procedure medication. Collaborate with the Athletic Trainer to isolate and locate specific muscle groups via ultrasound that will allow for proper probe placement (for biofeedback and gait analysis). Manage post-procedure discharges, fitting patients for braces/bandages (you will be trained), and ensuring all lower extremity and spine patients are safely wheeled down to their vehicles. 3. Administrative Coordination Maintain, clean, and fully stock ultrasound machinery and exam rooms. Collaborate with the administrative team to prep and transport all clinical scheduling, pre-op forms, and specialized supplies to the surgery center.
Candidate Requirements:
Credentials:
ARDMS registered (or registry-eligible) with a dedicated focus or strong baseline experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound.
Mindset:
An absolute desire to learn, evolve, and be challenged by complex anatomy and creative dynamic mapping.
Experience:

Demeanor:
Exceptional 1:1 patient communication skills, a meticulous eye for sterile technique, and a polished presence suited for a premium Beverly Hills concierge clientele.
What We Offer:
