Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound diagnostic procedures in accordance with the physician protocol.
- Instruct patients regarding procedures for the ultrasound exam to ensure cooperation and optimum test results.
- Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment in appropriate operating condition.
- Maintain examination rooms and work areas, ordering and stocking ultrasound supplies. _ _ _ _ Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, promote teamwork, promote positive human relations and organize with strong management/leadership skills.
- Flexible, yet organized, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
