Desired Background:
Current certification in Echo (ARDMS/RDCS or CCI/RCS) Minimum of one year recent experience in cardiac sonography or echocardiography Experience working with a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics Proficiency with digital imaging equipment and PACS systems Ability to adapt to new workflows and hospital policies swiftly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic studies, including 2D, M-mode, and Doppler exams Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results Accurately document patient history, procedures, and findings Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment Apply infection control standards and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients
