Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; schedules vary by assignment to suit departmental needsQualifications:
Valid ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) Demonstrated competency in all general ultrasound procedures Ability to perform and evaluate vascular and other ultrasound studies Strong understanding of protocol adherence and quality assurance standards Effective communication skills, both independently and within team settingsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct ultrasound examinations as directed by physicians to aid in diagnoses Ensure precise patient identification and order verification Adhere to exam protocols, reviewing images for clarity and accuracy Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with coding, reporting, and quality-control standards Educate and support patients while upholding exceptional infection control and sterile technique practices Instruct radiology students and fellow technologists in protocols and techniquesBenefits and Travel Perks:
