Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to perform venous insufficiency exams on a per diem basis as an independent contractor (1099). This role supports our growing vein service line and works closely with our clinical and provider teams to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging and interpretation support.

Position Overview:

The Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist will: Perform venous duplex ultrasound exams to evaluate for venous reflux and insufficiency Provide clear documentation and image capture according to clinical protocols Collaborate with medical providers to review results and assist in patient care decisions Ensure accurate billing codes and exam documentation Maintain equipment and follow all infection control procedures

Minimum Requirements:

Credentials:

RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) required

Experience:

1+ year performing venous insufficiency exams preferred

Skills:

Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and duplex imaging protocols Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical:

Familiarity with ultrasound software and Apple-based systems preferred

Other:

Must have valid U.S. work authorization

Schedule:

Per Diem (half or full-day blocks, flexible based on availability) Monday or Friday availability required

Pay:

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on experience and specialization
