Key Qualifications:
Current registration as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) required Minimum of one year of recent experience performing echocardiograms Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations for patients in accordance with physician orders Prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure quality diagnostic results Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records Collaborate with physicians and healthcare personnel to interpret and communicate findings Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
