As a Sonographer in this role, you'll become a key contributor in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures according to physician specifications, maintaining patient comfort and safety. Operate all ultrasound and related imaging equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately educate, position, and assist patients throughout their exams. Ensure timely and cohesive coordination of imaging exams for optimal patient care. Communicate openly and effectively with patients, colleagues, radiologists, and leadership. Maintain sterile technique and strictly follow infection prevention protocols. Evaluate and ensure high image quality; submit images and clinical details for interpretation. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while upholding the standards of care and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience with general ultrasound imaging in a clinical setting. Proficient at patient positioning and ultrasound procedures. Strong multitasking skills and attention to deadlines. Commitment to safety, patient privacy, and infection control.
