The Ultrasound General Sonographer is responsible for delivering high-quality patient imaging and ensuring every exam meets the precise specifications of ordering physicians. In this travel opportunity, you'll expand your expertise by collaborating with outstanding colleagues, engaging with diverse clinical protocols, and learning from different leadership approaches.

Travel position; specific shifts may vary by assignment
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated competency with Ultrasound General imaging equipment American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification or equivalent preferred Ability to transfer, position, and assist patients safely for imaging procedures Strong understanding of sterile technique and infection prevention Excellent communication skills with patients, radiologists, and healthcare teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Operate Ultrasound equipment accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Educate, position, and immobilize patients as needed for procedures Coordinate exams to maintain efficient and continuous patient care Submit images and clinical data for radiological interpretation Ensure quality assurance and evaluate image integrity Maintain inventory and department supplies following protocol Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines
