ULTRASOUND AND VASCULAR TECH
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Ultrasound Technologist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise will support patient care by performing advanced ultrasound procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging techniques to assist in accurate diagnoses and patient management. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values precision, compassion, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular studies. Interpret ultrasound images accurately and communicate findings clearly to physicians for diagnosis. Maintain detailed patient records, including technical notes, images, and relevant medical history. Educate patients about the ultrasound process, addressing questions with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and optimize imaging procedures based on individual patient needs. Keep up-to-date with advancements in sonography technology and medical imaging practices through ongoing education. Requirements Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to ultrasound imaging. Proficiency in sonography techniques and diagnostic radiology principles. Familiarity with medical imaging equipment and maintaining high standards of aseptic technique. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to interpret complex images accurately and provide detailed reports for clinical review. Certification or licensure as an Ultrasound and Vascular Technologist.
