Position Summary As an Ultrasound Technician, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures that help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients. Responsibilities Performing high-quality ultrasound examinations using sonographic equipment Identifying and documenting areas of concern for physician review Preparing exam rooms and patients for procedures Assisting Radiologists with vascular ultrasound exams and ultrasound-guided biopsies Recognizing and reporting any urgent or abnormal findings Maintaining ultrasound equipment and reporting equipment issues as needed Completing accurate documentation and exam reports Managing multiple patients and priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding patient care Why Join Leon Medical Centers? Monday-Friday, with weekend availability as needed

In Person - Miami-Dade County, FL Requirements Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program ARDMS certification required Current CPR certification required Vascular ultrasound experience preferred Strong technical and patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual English/Spanish
