COLONIAL
DR, Ocoee, 32818 (Ocoee ER) + Attends department meetings and engages in positive dialogue to support department objectives. + Obtains high-quality scans by following proper exam protocols and adapting procedures to each patient's medical situation. + Other duties as assigned. Confirms patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers before administering exams. + Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy. Reviews images and completes ultrasound worksheets promptly, re-scanning patients as requested by Radiologists. + Communicates and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including notifying physicians of abnormal findings.

  • Associate Preferred
  • Work Experience:
  • 2+ years experience in vascular sonography Preferred
  • Additional Information:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologies RT (BS) Preferred
  • Licenses and Certifications:
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Required OR
  • Registered Technologist
  • Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) Required OR
  • Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Required
  • Basic Life Support
  • CPR Cert (BLS) Required
