Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Experienced imaging professionals passionate about pediatric care are encouraged to apply for an opportunity to perform advanced echocardiography within a dynamic clinical environment. This contract position centers on delivering high-quality ultrasound studies for pediatric patients, utilizing cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with a dedicated clinical team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a pediatric sonographer performing echocardiograms Proficient with Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment Registered with
ARDMS- RDCS
(PE) or CCI (RCCS) Working knowledge of Syngo Dynamics imaging software Comfortable documenting and accessing patient records using
EPIC EMR
Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to pediatric patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive pediatric echocardiograms, ensuring accuracy and clarity of all images Apply advanced sonography techniques, adapting exams to meet patient and physician requirements Collaborate with physicians and cardiologists for optimal patient diagnosis and care Accurately document procedures and upload findings within EPIC and Syngo Dynamics Ensure equipment is maintained according to departmental standards Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols at all times This is an excellent opportunity for Echo Tech professionals eager to share their expertise and make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
