You'll join a collaborative team of 6 physicians, 5 audiologists, and 5 advanced practice providers, working across two modern clinic locations and a physician-owned, AAAHC-certified surgery center. What You'll Do As a Sonographer on our team, you'll play a key role in supporting diagnosis and patient care by: Preparing patients and equipment for ultrasound procedures Performing diagnostic thyroid ultrasound exams and capturing high-quality images Identifying key findings and measurements for physician review Maintaining accurate patient records and preliminary reports Ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards Providing a calm, professional experience for patients throughout their visit What We're Looking For Associate or bachelor's degree in sonography from an accredited program Registered through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) At least one year of sonography experience, or completed training with a graduate sonographer Someone proactive, flexible, and eager to continue developing hands-on ENT skills Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
