Job Description

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to evaluate and treat medical conditions. This opportunity is located in Clinton, IA at a hospital and involves working within a clinical imaging team to deliver high quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. BLS certification. Experience working in a hospital imaging department. Experience with general diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine vascular or abdominal protocols preferred. Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and evenings, as required by the department.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional ARDMS specialty credentials (for example, RDMS, RVT) preferred. Experience with PACS and digital imaging workflows preferred.
Assignment Details Shift hours:
09:00-17:30.
Rotating on-call coverage:
09:00-21:00 on weekends and one weekday rotation until 21:00. and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who'll give you more information.
