Qualifications:
Current certification in Echocardiography (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) Proven competency in adult transthoracic and, if applicable, transesophageal echo procedures At least 1 year of recent experience in an Imaging - Echo role preferred Strong skills in operating and troubleshooting ultrasound equipment Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiograms and other related imaging studies independently and accurately Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring safety and functionality Document patient information and imaging results thoroughly Adhere to infection control and quality assurance protocols Provide compassionate support and clear instructions to patients throughout procedures
