78 $5,000 Relocation Assistance Potential Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Ultrasonographer Seeking a highly skilled Ultrasonographer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Assists in rooms/patient care to compliment staffing needs. Accountable for staffing needs. Assists with completing schedules, address and review payroll as needed. Helps with staff education/in-services/specialized skilled training programs. Assists in the hiring and orientation program of newly hired staff. Provides leadership by coordinating and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility. Acts as supervisor when supervisor is absent. Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. Manages daily operations of patient care. Contributes to the maintenance of high-quality, cost-effective services consistent with the needs of the users and the hospital's budgetary guidelines, identify and explain key variances. Acts as an interdepartmental liaison promoting effective multidisciplinary teamwork. Identify and Implement cost saving ideas. Collaborates with physicians and other health care team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsible to maintain current professional expertise. Promotes personal and professional growth among coworkers. Exhibits discretion and sound judgment in all aspects of the job. Collaborating with the Assigned Supervisor, effectively resolves complex unit situations, such as patient complaints and crises. Researches and recommends short

Assists with the achievement of objectives and necessary modifications for attainment of goals. Evaluates sonograms for technical quality. Understands correct machine settings to produce accurate appearing images. Performs equipment calibrations and adjustments. Selects technical factors and imaging modes. Informs supervisor or calls for service in absence of supervisor when needed.
Submission Requirements Qualifications Licensure/Certification:
Must be certified and hold current registration with the ARDMS or the ARRT in Sonography. [
