00/hour depending on experience, certifications, etc. Job description OGA is currently seeking a PRN Sonographer. This position will rotate between our two clinic locations, during regular business hours Monday-Friday (no evenings or weekends!). This position may be temporary (through the end of 2026 ), but has potential to move to a permanent position based on business needs. Our team works with 15 providers and we generally have full schedules. We work hard but also value a strong work-life balance and enjoy having fun! About the

Role:

The Sonographer performs scans as ordered by physicians and mid-level care providers in accordance with OGA's policies related to ultrasound, ultrasound documentation and the AIUM. Sonographer shall demonstrate professionalism and consistently warm and caring interactions with patients. Sonographer shall participate and assist with the qualifications for accreditation and uphold standards to ensure OGA maintains any accreditation status achieved. Must be AIUM or ARRT registered in OB/GYN or registry eligible.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform diagnostic quality exams with appropriate documentation and storage of exams in accordance to OGA and AIUM standards and protocols. Review scans with overseeing provider and ensure all exams are read by a reading physician. Maintain credentials and continuing education to keep current on certification. Assist physicians with procedures as requested. Work with scheduling, physicians and nursing to keep appointments appropriately scheduled to minimize patient wait time. Perform proper preventative maintenance on machines, bringing any equipment concerns to the attention of the ultrasound manager. Participate in equipment demo/purchase decisions. Coordinate with ultrasound manager to accommodate patient demand and scheduling needs, including vacations/time off. Participate in the AIUM reaccreditation process. Perform all other duties as assigned.
