Collaborate closely with a supportive medical staff as you deliver high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the Cardiopulmonary department.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Allied Health school with additional ultrasound training ARDMS registration—Adult Vascular and ECHO required BLS certification (AHA required) Minimum of two years' experience in general ultrasound, including adult cardiac echo Experience scanning pediatric patients is a plus but not required Strong working knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy, and pediatric/adult vascular/cardiac systems
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive cardiac ultrasound studies on adult patients Operate a variety of imaging and diagnostic equipment (ultrasound, doppler, EKG, Holter monitor, stress testing) Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Educate patients and families on diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Maintain high standards in all diagnostic testing and ensure patient safety Adapt care to the diverse needs and backgrounds of all patient populations Maneuver equipment and position patients for optimal imaging, even during portable or lengthy exams
