Desired Qualifications:
Current ARDMS or equivalent certification in General Ultrasound Minimum of one year's recent experience in Ultrasound Imaging Proficient in a range of general ultrasound procedures Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation Active, unrestricted state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment)
BLS Certification Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform quality general ultrasound studies in accordance with physician orders Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in a safe and efficient manner Accurately document studies and provide clear, timely reporting Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Promote patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific policies
