Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Deliver quality cardiac care as part of an imaging team specializing in echocardiography. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Echo Tech who is skilled in performing comprehensive echocardiographic studies and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care in a collaborative environment.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week, 9 hours each Daytime hours: 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday through
Friday Qualifications:
Current BLS certification Registered through ARDMS or CCI as a credentialed Echo Tech Previous experience in cardiac imaging, specifically echocardiography, required Strong interpersonal skills to interact efficiently with patients, physicians, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and advanced echocardiographic examinations, ensuring optimal image quality and accurate measurements Collaborate with cardiologists to interpret and review findings Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to infection control protocols Document studies and maintain accurate patient records within hospital systems Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients during procedures Uphold professional and ethical standards while adhering to established clinical guidelines Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
