Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms and ultrasound examinations using advanced imaging equipment. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver accurate diagnostic images for patient care decisions. Adhere to best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of imaging technology and safety protocols. Document procedures and patient records accurately within hospital systems. Engage in quality improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Registered in cardiac sonography (ARDMS or CCI) or eligible for registration. Previous experience performing echocardiograms in a clinical setting. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to new facilities and diverse patient populations. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
